Actually, thats not true. Designers job is to work out proper numbers. If balance is bad, then designer messed up. If bugs are there, systems go haywire, shit is broken-developer/programmer is to blame. Then, there is also completely random, out of nowhere shit that even QAs couldn't find, because it appears to be the issue only when the patch goes life. It's quite frustrating to see a well organized attack defeated by a single click of a button. If that single button click was all it was needed to defend against said attack, then sorry to disappoint you, it wasn't as well organized as you thought. Well organized attack would first make opponent use that click of a button, wait 30 seconds and then roll over emplacement. In: COH2 Gameplay
