Well, outside of sprice games I don't really see any zook blobs. Contrary to shrecks, you're loosing considerable amount of AI when going for them, you could go for RET spam, but that again leaves you with no AI, which wasn't a concern for OKW. I'm really surprised you even attempt to defend shreckvolk cancer here. What is behind these shrecks/zooks matters too and I don't think I need to say how big of a foundation they were for further OKW cheeze. If you want to make it historical WW2 RTS, then T34/76 should cost 100mp and 15 fuel, all conscripts should have ppsh and PTRS rifles upgrades by default, both axis should have menpower, fuel and muni penalties increasing with the game length and so on and so forth. NO ONE makes historical shit, because its pointless, not fun and most certainly, not balanced. Soviets must go about with AT nades and AT guns, no reason why OKW can't do the same. Again, people going mechanized always had late healing, they did fine. 30 seconds later won't make any difference to the models, only to economy and decision making. 5) Focus on the topic at hand, and either respond with evidence contrary to why it is balanced/ unbalanced for OKW healing to cost more rather than statements like "Deal with it" or "You will come to the acceptance eventually". Evidence: Now: OKW has free additions to teching. OKW has cheapest teching in game. In the mod: OKW doesn't have freebies as the only faction in game, because there is no economical reason for it(no resource penalty) OKW gets side tech costs, which put their tech costs in line with all other armies with fuel and especially menpower costs. The combined cost means it will literally come 30 seconds later then it does now and will put tech costs in-line with other armies. If you'll be bleeding uncomprehendingly in that 30 seconds, then maybe YOLO charge less. Seriously, if that REALLY was ANY kind of concern, where were you when OKW released like that?
