Producer is "only" a yes/no guy, lead GD is the guy that gets all the ideas and refines them. Its not really worth panicking when producers leave, because their importance drops exponentially once the project is released, unless the project is MMO or F2P title. In: Lobby

Sorry for the barrage of questions, but while I'm at it, here's a philosophical one: If a squad of penals is down to 1 unit, is merged with 5 cons, and then the 1 penal dies leaving only the 5 cons, is it truly still the same penal squad? Damage and accuracy is tied to weapon, not model, weapon does not transfer as its squad dependent. Transferred models get destination squad weapons, but keep their own base received accuracy, so merged penals are even more fragile. All the vet bonuses still apply, they just do not tranfer. If vet3 con got say 40% rec acc bonus and vet3 penal got 20% rec acc bonus, after transfer penal con model will have 20% rec acc bonus and penal weapon. They are. Models tranfer with their base stats and inherit other squads weapons. But yes, they aren't going to save you much mp. Its micro tax that's not worth these 50-100mp on the long run. Re camping don't you think my idea of a relocating ability encourages more dynamic play? Don't think many of these veterancies should be achievable in 1v1 BTW. Maybe just the first few levels. There is a reason why weapon upgrades always cost muni instead of fuel or mp. There is a reason why all Units retreat despite being pinned once you press that retreat button. Or screw it, lets make OKW Special snowflake even more! FRP no longer has reinf time Penalty for OKW, but OKW inf no longer gets rec acc bonus when retreating, because "why should all mechanics be mirrored" In: COH2 Balance

But are you saying every faction feature has to be mirrored? Why can the British add a 5th man but no one else can? And I think you can see for yourself why that would be a problem. Why can Soviets combine half squads? I'm not saying take away these things either. I think uniqueness is good for each faction... Someone can't tell asymmetrical balance decision from core game mechanic functionality I see... In: COH2 Balance

Presumed playstyle? You want more forgiving, more durable and more beneficial Forward bases. You dont even realize that Forward base is not the same as mobile base. Your whole opening post screams that you do not want to lose trucks, but want to place them as Close to the frontline as possible without having to worry about losing them. You want to reap the rewards, but without the rist associated with them. Hell you even dare to suggest removing FRP Penalty despite knowing full well how cancerous that is for the game(I am going to presume here again, that you play coh2 longer then 2 weeks) I stand by whast I have said. If you are unable to defend them properly, place them in base and enjoy risk free trucks. No changes are needed, because it IS a 'you' problem. In: COH2 Balance
