It's definitely great, but it will not compensate for OHs weaknesses on certain maps (if you're being overrun on CQC maps). Again, you can veto stalingrad. It can only deny areas on maps where you won't be flanked all the time like Stalingrad / La Gleize by rifles. I've got an idea-why won't you veto stalingrad and La Gleize? Will die to flanks in CQC maps like La Gleize / Stalingrad etc. in no time. Not if you veto them. Single map is not an indicator of faction strength, especially if you can exclude said map from your personal map poll. Indeed, it is probably OHs best anti-US weapon. But the game is probably already decided before it hits the field if automatch chose the wrong map. You can veto the maps you feel are "wrong". This is not a "OH weak, buff plz" thread, but about the maps that in too many cases favor the other side in OH matches and thus force the same lame gameplay over and over again. Arty choices are poor(arty faction my ass), tank choices are meh outside of EZ8. USF simply do not scale for late game, you need to capitalize early game advantage or you'll be fighting uphill battle. In: COH2 Balance

Penals are decent what you on about? They have sick damage and the flamers rape, not to mention satchels! Decent against what? Volks? Because that is pretty much all they are able to beat on their own without inciredible positional advantage. Ofc they are squishy but their damage is decent, combined with a M3 they rape until late game. No, not really, not even close. And it won't change until LMG infantry meta lasts. Short ranged infantry with no armor have currently absolutely no place in game, even osttruppen are in better spot for that when we talk cost effectiveness. In: COH2 Gameplay

A blob of them with a halftrack can do well but they are nothing special and late game shocks/brownings rape them so easy. Dunno what the point of this thread is lol? Osttruppen are pretty meh, they shouldn't have their accuracy penalty. They are still support troops, not mainline infantry. In: COH2 Gameplay

Hint: There is more then 10 good players in coh2 that are worth knowing. This particular one is one of the most renown ones. Also i play with many people and only see drops when people wanna drop, i never see random drops ever and never with my allie so if it is technical then its obv the users fault not the games....... Then, yet again, don't play random teams. Go 1v1 or AT, where you and only you and your friend are to blame. In: COH2 Gameplay

And this is how we can tell that you are not as great as you claim yourself to be. Anyway, there are multiple reasons for drops, especially in team games, it can be random crash(not so uncommon post WFA), internet drop and so on. You don't want this kind of situations, don't play with random team mates. This goes for every multiplayer team game in existence, it was and will be always true. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Assault Engineers and Vehicle Crews are Useless3 Aug 2014, 09:18 AM Assault engies with flamer seem fine to me. They are on the fragile side, but can pack a punch. And I have found a great use for vehicle crewes-they are AWESOME at driving vehicles around and repairing them. In: COH2 Balance
