Initial cost of penals used to be 360mp. They were as much intended suicide squad as pgrens. When will people stop trying to balance unit around what it looks or sounds like? In: COH2 Balance

I'd like that instead of nerfing JLI and falls. After spawning ppsh partisans on MG42 and not being able to kill a single model before he either retreats or gets help make me sigh irl. I admire Lenny for playing with them and actually succeeding. The thing is, partisans don't have one third of the impact that JLI or falls bring. Yes, there is a cost difference, but still 2-3 partisans perform worse then a single JLI/falls and cost of partisans in this case is greater and impact value grows slowly as you need to spawn a few of them. There is indeed too big of a reward for JLI/falls compared to partisans and one needs a fix. In: COH2 Balance

Developers, but then again we have this quote by developer as well: Blitzkrieg shouldn't magically attach rockets to a vehicle, not only does it break immersion, it provides the majority of German armoured units with a get out of jail for 40 MU card. Thread: The American M2HB HMG24 Aug 2014, 21:38 PM Well, once flanked its 100% dead because of crew size(4 men with 25% received accuracy penalty against weapons designed to kill 5-6 men squads) and lack of MG42/34 teleporting capability, but weapon in itself performs fine. I'd get it over DSHK any day and its still better then maxim due to cone and actual damage. Not sure about its AoE suppression, never bothered to check it. In: COH2 Balance
