Most last 30-40 min and 2 heavies are not uncommon by then, you can usually pump one after another when you reach right CP. In: COH2 Balance

The original ROF would give it a good increase in DPS and a small price drop would go well with.... Its not like people use jacksons because they want to, they are being spammed as a response to panther and tiger spam, which USF have no answer to except it.
