Penals are garbage since forever, few hipsters using them do not make them valid meta choice and flame nerf will kill them again. If not for snipers, there isn't a reason to go for T1, ever, you give up HMGs, ATGs and mortars for ability to bleed infantry early game well. In: COH2 Balance

They aren't nearly as effective as Priests barrage. Priest doesn't have a cost on barrage. In: COH2 Balance

I'd like to know your opinion on blizzards SC2 expansions being priced as a separate full game with the same 90%+ assets being reused. Maybe any 2 commanders = 1 random commander? Overall, I don't mind buying commanders, but they're too expensive. There was this stream once, I don't know who's it was, but the guy got 2 war spoils-both of them same OKW commander, was hilarious. And a way to have a use out of duplicates is on the way, ever since we can get duplicates. In: Lobby

The fight could go either way. Often what happens is the 251/17 will suffer Main Gun Destroyed, giving the Quad an easy victory. Due to a bug, if the Quad gets Main Gun Destroyed, nothing will happen and it will keep fighting. And with the new patch, quad won't be able to give 251/17 main gun destroyed. I'd also say that 120 muni is worth more then 15 fuel, so combined cost of quad is between 251/17 and M-15. In: COH2 Gameplay
