And again to reinforce. If you were to say, make Grens have to first buy an upgrade unlock before being able to do upgrades on the unit, then the price of Grens would have to be reduced. That is one dumb argument right there. Units are balanced on menpower vs menpower cost basis. Upgrades enhance their role or change it. Grens are balanced against all other infantry based on their stock out of the game performance. You don't see conscripts being cheaper or stronger just because they have to buy AT nades and molos first. In: COH2 Balance

But honestly I have never seen a 222 win against the Greyhound (probably because the commander isn't played all that much ^^) but I think it is okay that it packs a liitle punch against those vehicles. It have firing arc displayed: It can't auto turn. It doesn't have firing arc: It turns by itself. Have you seen mortar firing arc somewhere? Because I'm pretty sure I've seen ISG and PH firing arcs there. If anything, the change will NOW make it consistent. In: COH2 Gameplay

What about that? And if volks were to get anything, it should be doctrinal, just like con ptrs and ppsh which are most inferior weapons of their kinds in game. In: COH2 Balance

Though researching weapon racks as soon as 222 comes out is kinda stupid, so you're right about it not being an option to counter 222 rush. Piats are good vs slow, heavy, big tanks and thats about it. They are unable to hit anything else when it moves. In: COH2 Balance
