I try to explay my self in the easiest way because English in not my strength. Why build a versatile army, whith differents units, give less "reward" than spam or make only one kind of unit? I know that in a game with so few type of units is mandatory make 2/3 of the same one but in coh2 is almost all about spam!!!! At higher levels of play, spamming one unit just means your opponent builds the counter to that unit and then you lose. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: OKW players need help vs buildings7 Jul 2014, 22:15 PM Units are vulnerable enough in garrison cover now that I find sturmpios in good cover can just outshoot them. Against MG's just strafe corners so it constantly has to rotate, against infantry just find some nice cover. Otherwise, flack track works fine. In: OKW Strategies

Thread: How do i play soviets vs OKW?7 Jul 2014, 00:18 AM Snipers and Scout car are both great units in this MU. OKW has slow reinforcement, and this lets you maintain an early game map advantage as conscripts + sniper can beat both sturmpios or volks with ease. The Scout car is only really vulnerable to an early RW, but most players don't think to build one. Mines could also screw you too though I guess. Penal Batt is nice in this match up because satchel charges are great for killing any forward trucks. (Or atleast heavily damaging them and killing all the units nearby) In: Red Army Strategies

They are good in certain situations, but 60 muni is a BAR or zook or m1919 so you often don't really want to upgrade the fighting position. I've seen them survive it before. I wouldn't upgrade it though that's for sure. EDIT: Also rifle grenade from RE squad ignores line of sight and firing arc. They can shoot it over trees and everything. Thread: Maxims against OKW.6 Jul 2014, 16:06 PM Kubelwagon is good for making them reposition, but he can't take them head on. Generally, the counter is just to stall for a flaktrack. OKW don't have early game grenades (until vet 1 grens) or smoke really, so you either have to play like riflemen of old and just position your troops to flank all the time or you sit back and use garrisons to keep him form pushing you.
