Isnt it 55mp 20 fuel ?
If that was feasible to do, i´ll like it. Also, i dont think that you should be able to vet teammates.
If it´s not possible, what about a: 100MP - 20 fuel, 1100-1300XP
I think it will vet2/3 for 240mp units and wont be able to insta vet1 P4 (i think it would barely make a Stug vet1).
Regarding resources, why not reduce the income normal strategic points give and increase the resources muni/fuel points give OR just directly reduce the income from strategic points?
If we change strategic points income (and caches/opel accordingly) + adjusting fuel cost of light vehicles (so they dont become a great burden to get tanks), shouldnt this be a possible way of extending a bit the early-mid game?
I know we can do a lot of brainstorming n that implementing and seeing what changes do to balance is difficult but i just wanted to say what i would like the game direction regarding strategy.
- 1/2 mins extended of early game.
- 2/3 mins more mins of midgame making light vehicles more reliable. Like to see more recon/harassing vehicles (not pushing vCOH vehicles). I think this also would give T70/M5 a bit more window of opportunity.
- With the previous points, this would result in a delay of med tanks, which i think they arrive quite fast.
- If they reduce fuel income, it would also deliver to less spam of tanks/tank call ins.
Regarding abilities/commanders:
-I dont see why Tank traps should be doctrinal.
-I dont know if PPSH should be a global upgrade but i think theres a lot of potential here.
-Bulletins is another thing which HAD potential. I think less bulletins, with higher impact on the game would had been better. I´m not talking about high buff on stats, MAYBE some passive/unlockable/upgradable abilities-weapons.
-Rework of some of the heavy repetitive abilities.
I'm with you on this. I read these forum sections less and less for that reason.
It's one constant cry for nerf of the soviet units allthough german players are in majority most of the time in automatching.
I don't know what the thing is with this widespread preference for the german faction. It was like this with COH1 as well, but never as bad as it has become here.
I would say its more 50-50 now, a bit in favour of SU (at least on 1v1 and 2v2).
We need both kind of mindsets: the fanboys (SU n OS) and the "normal balance" people.
In 2v2s the soviets can use a certain strategy that is (IMO) uncounterable in the current patch. Which is ridiculous and definitely doesn't make me want to play many 2v2s as the ostheer.
Let me guess, something with early sniper into clowncar guard in combination with early shocks?
