I only have the venerable 8800 GTX which is VERY old now, but I cringe at the idea of spending $1000 for a 30 fps increase, when I've seen people get higher framrates in far more eye candy games. The only card that is 1K is the Titan and my $350 R9 290 outperforms it in COH2. You dont have to spend 1K for high quality gaming, maybe 400ish. In: COH2 Gameplay

Back in the day, gaming on 1280X1024 or 1024X768, AA was very important to make the game not look like a messed up bunch of jagged lines. 1080P seems small now but its still very high def for a 24" screen and AA is not needed beyond 2-4X tops.
