Thread: Mud help7 Oct 2014, 15:38 PM Be sure you have the "use mud" ticked on the terrain properties screen. The game sees it as mud then but visually it still looks like snow. To make it look like mud go to atmosphere properties>weather and then to the snow section. Use textures named mud and then youre good to go. In: Mapping Discussion

(also on summer maps) 1CP Troop distraction 30 munitions, lasts 80 seconds Enemy troops randomly ignore orders. 3CP Cacophony 60 munitions, lasts 120 seconds Enemy player hears randomly extremely loud noises. 5CP Signal distortion 60 munitions, lasts 240 seconds Enemy player doesn't see his own units on the mini map or tactical map. 7CP Demotivational speech (passive) Enemy player will hear randomly generated insults spoken via a monotone, robotic voice. Pff another recycled commander, 2 of these abilities are already ingame for everyone to enjoy In: Lobby
Thread: Truck positioning7 Oct 2014, 14:02 PM Yes I like to keep my medic and flak truck reasonably close. For example i generally put the med between the base and middle and then my flack truck around there somewhere to protect a medtruck flank or cutoff, sometimes even a side VP Some people prefer to put the flak truck forward in an aggressive spot to guard the middle vp. BUt you have to be very careful with this as losing the flak truck means you lose access to your most powerful units. The repair truck I keep in my base or just outside my base, I like to keep my vehicles safe in the back when repairing. In: OKW Strategies

Thread: Design the worst (plausible) commander ever 7 Oct 2014, 13:46 PM Soviet Church Commander 0CP: Conversion (passive) All churches on the map automatically convert to a FHQ and can be retreated to. 2CP: Priest Call in a priest, has no combat power but can convert enemy squads into allied believers. Uses manpower to convert until the amount of the target squad is reached. 5CP: Resurrection, duration 180 seconds When activated killed Vet3 soldiers respawn after 3 minutes 6CP: Fear propaganda Makes nonbelievers retreat 12CP: Rapture (sacrifice 100 popcap in 10 minutes to start) Raises the water level by 5meters, makes remaining land into deep mud, forces heavy rain and blizzard to start, enemy resource income is cut in half and enemy squads get the white phosphorus effect. All effects do not apply to your own units In: Lobby
