Double Dshk to deal with blobs, combine with sandbags molotovs and at nades at the OKW cutoffs, destroy their aggressive truck placement (if it occurs) and go very heavy T0+T2 until you can call in M4C Shermans.
This is at least one strat I can confirm works very well.
Will be testing with other Dshk doctrines as well, though I feel that having a call-in tank is pretty much the only hope Soviets have into the late game given how difficult and cumbersome teching from T2 to T4 is. You need all that manpower spent into reinforcing squads.
