Thread: 1600 health tanks.2 Sep 2015, 02:54 AM The basic Chruchill I think is fine at 1600, it's gun is a pea shooter. The Croc and AVRE though... yikes. I think the strongest Brit unit is the Comet though. It's combination of speed, firepower, armor and hp is nuts. And 50 range (confirmed by Relic). It's a Panther on steroids that can actually fight off infantry. In: COH2 Balance

The "Rank" already denotes how good a player is. does the level work like the ingame one? that increases as we play continuously but it is different for each faction. Level is basically just a measure of how long you've spent in game. It has no direct correlation with player skill. Technically I could get to prestige 3 level 100 by running a bot to carry me in 4v4s (my bot + 3 experts vs 4 easy) vs AI. The best metric of player skill is their overall ladder rank, because ladder rank is based on ELO. In: COH2 Gameplay

That being said, it's the only thing storm doctrine seems good for, and the soviet howitzer doctrines are definitely better. Only LEFH doctrine that seems decent is the one with scopes and command tank. Ahh yeah you're right. Storm does have Stuka and leFH18. It'll definitely work against out of base howitzers. Either way the out of base thing is a great change, and right now the ML-20 is crazy. I don't think there's anything wrong with Relic experimenting with the leFH18 being stronger. If it doesn't workout, it'll be pretty obvious and they can buff the ML-20 or slightly reduce it's cost. In: Red Army Strategies

And I don't think there is any leFH 18 doctrine that can reliably bombing run a ML-20. Meanwhile you could just pick Soviet Reserve Army or w/e the one with ML-20 and IL-2 bomb. I will not give any details about it other than the fact that the people doing it are not doing it for free and it has a ridiculous monthly subscription cost. So only retards or the desperate are probably using it. I can however confirm that it works as you would expect. In COH1 map hacks were ultra common because they were free and the guy making them was happy to do the work for the sake of calling attention to how little effort Relic put behind the title. I would say most games had at least 50% of people using them, it just killed the gameplay and of course Relic did nothing. At least this one is expensive, at least for the moment. This one is new, so if your replays look fishy then they probably are, better start sending them to Relic so they can hide under some coats. If this is true and you know where to get the hack, you should PM Jason from relic, or anyone from relic really, the details so they can investigate and fix it.
