I'm interested to see if rifles have a stock grenade without veterancy(not AT grenade),if they don't vet 1 volks may have a reasonable chance of holding heir own against bar rifles behind sandbags with sturmpios preventing effective closing.Because usa doesn't seem to have flamers or mortars, greande would be required to overwhelm sandbag positions held in depth.
the lengths posters go to skirt the NDA and divulge Alpha information is funny/sad. Why the hell is NDA still active??? |

For the same reason that Partisans exit the building you call them in from... NONE |
You're *used* to it. |
To expedite the process, select the building, hit TAB then right click outside or even better assign hotkeys to your units so you can tap it's hotkey and right click somewhere on the map. |

Why relic hate mg 42 so much? All machine guns get to be great save mg 42?
The one machine gun that was actually supposed to be great...is just a so so afterthought unit.

The soviet m3 is way more cheap (although slightly less armour and health) and actually has a gun.
The gren + 250 is too expensive. Presuming the 250 costs "200 mp, 30 fuel", the lmg gren costs 320. IMO an lmg upgrade isn't worth 80 mp extra. And mp is quite valuable at that stage of the game. You can easily get the munis for lmgs when you reach 3 CPs anyway. Most builds require 3 - 4 grens, so the callin isnt that useful.
The Pgren + 250 price is more reasonable. But still, I think the 250 should cost 120 mp and 20 fuel. The unit isnt spammable anyway, compared to the m3.
I would take the 80mp lmg over a 60 munitions lmg any day but I'm just a scrub. |
I thought this was an interesting interview. Thank you Computerheat.
If you run an interview for an hour, then you should eventually draw something out, whether you are an hostile interviewer, or soft.
In this instance, I watched QD for most of the time, as the dialogue progressed. He's not bad at the poker face, and only seemed to let in emotions, temporarily, towards the end. I wished the interviewer had pressed him harder on the transition from THQ to SEGA.I feel,as most probably do,that Relic were rushed into an early release - but QD was artful enough to say that he was grateful for the 3 month breathing space, without divulging exactly what they had managed to fit in as a result of that breather. Or, to the matter in the obverse, what would have come out without the extra time. Given that it took another 5/6 months to attain the first real patch which rewarded micro,I think that was a minus against the interviewer.
Still,19 patches since release....that's what we paid to obtain. Compared to 6 patches with the original over the same time slot.
QD was not pressed on the Russian 'intervention' - diplomatically correct, I guess. But he made it clear that Relic are heeding the fan base.
And I believe him. I think the next release will show Relic going back to their base, albeit Merkins .
At least they seem to have discounted the console threat for the time being
As for the future: I guess the interviewer was disconcerted by his partner kissing him on camera - as it seems was QD,when Philippe tried the same with QD.............
