If anything just the OST sniper could use a look at, specifically its vet and 82 health need adjustments but by no means should it be limited to 1. Its health is the same as the Brit sniper. Brit sniper even gets -33% received accuracy at vet 2 making it the most durable sniper. I agree with you on the vet tho. -50% reload and cooldown seems excessive. In: COH2 Balance

Heavy tanks are good against everything, snipers are only good versus infantry. They aren't even close to the same league. Brit sniper critical shot.
