I don't think there is any way to stop the game from matchmaking you with a particular person either. Maybe if you use "Block User" on Steam? It would be hard to test to see if it actually worked. I've seen it take a T-34 to 60% health and an SU-76 to 10% health, but most of the time it seems to do almost nothing. Also, anyone have any details on it?
