Add New faction for PVP --- Ost German Army and Soviet Red Army（Ukrainian Front Army）
Same the 1943，will not have 1945 equipments vs 1940 equipments，also memory the Soviet in WW2.
And will not offend Ukraine and Russia when them at war.(X) |

COH3 UI too....shit....
At least batter like COH2，Unit tag could be bigger，and classify to 3 or 4 line for Infantry/Team weapon/Vehicle/Huge team weapon like COH2.
And music volume too low，weapons sound effect not good,hard to distinguish which weapons are firing. |

Son of balance team，after rework commander many time，they make worst commander be most OP. |
