Can anybody relate to the fact that because CEs are more easily replaceable, it leads to Soviets being a bit better than other armies and that maybe by raising their price to 200mp the game has a chance of being more balanced. 1) I’m rank 72 Sov with the third highest win streak on the ladder at +16. I think I can judge whether a strat is good or not better than you. 2) Knowing or not, my start is standard and with the 5 early CE squads on the field it’s very easy to decide what to do. If anything, I played exactly how I always play. 3) There is absolutely nothing gamey about blobbing on retreat paths, that’s like 1v1 basics. That’s how you punish 4 man squads with no defensive bonuses that overextend like idiots. This is how you hardcounter weak infantry spam. You also couldn’t touch my infantry blob because your infantry was worthless and you were just bleeding mp like crazy. 4) I have been very respectful to you and helpful. I am neither your 1v1 partner nor do I owe you anything. I was gracious enough to give you time of my day to accept your challenge and show you why CE spam is bad. I’m 72 and you’re dreaming if you think CE spam is anything but a meme. Rank 600 is nonexistent tier, people don’t know what they’re doing there and you can blob your way to victory. This strat only works in higher tier if you’re better than your opponent. For instance if Luvnest goes CE spam vs me then he’ll win because he’s light years ahead as a player, but if he tries that vs Noggano he’ll absolutely lose. It’s a bad strat since you’re relying on Infantry that’s 4man, no merge, no combat veterancy and no snare to protect your vehicles from a Puma. In: COH2 Balance |

At the moment Ostheer's Pios are in a very decent combat situation, because of their bad middle and long-range weapon stats. Their order is to improve close-combat early game, to support Ostheer's weak spots at that state of game, for that role they are very well balanced. BUT the combat-upgrade with flame-thrower outplays the weapon-profile of this unit, because its optimal range doesn't fit with their MP40 screwed design. While other units doesn't have that problem with their upgrades. Nonexistent problem, no need for a change. In: COH2 Balance |

Is there even any good to vet 5? Afaik OKW was neutered into being just harder to obtain vet 3. I mean Puma has map hack at vet 5 and JP4 gets crazy good from camo. Luchs has suppression. Fusiliers get sprint. Kubel gets replaced by Konigstiger. Pretty good I'd say. In: COH2 Balance |
