Maybe it's unlikely for us as we prefer watching SNF on sunday evening over watching a football game in TV
But when I do the second, I always miss the tactical aspects in a football game, as they are not presented on TV. The directors and camera men often choose a detail of a skirmish. As an example, a little engagement in a corner. As the spectator in TV then, I cannot see how the other players are moving to get oneself in a better position and so on. The ball is then passed to another player or in front of the goal, and I see there are players awaiting, but I cannot see why or how they moved to this position. The same applies to the broadcasting of Company and Heroes in SNF. Of course, it's interesting and appealing to see whether a counter snipe is successful or not. But as in football broadcasting, I cannot see tactical decisions of the team, resp. the player. I.e. why does he send a squad in that corner of the map and so on. So, finally, my question is: What about broadcasting the tactical map in a second stream?
