Thread: Ami's PC19 Jun 2014, 12:05 PM In the "Advanced" settings in OBS there is a "Video: x264 Preset" that I have currently on "very fast", which is the default. With my first generation i7, I'm not supposed to try higher than that. The next highest setting would be "faster", which is recommended for Sandybridge and better processors. It's something I would be interested in to help me stream at 1440p w/o frame loss. The extra RAM didn't seem to help much (pagefile on SSD was so damn fast you barely notice the difference). My scene transitions in OBS are still clunky and I can't figure out how to force OBS to keep the sizzle video (coh2.org logo/alienware logo/sega/relic) in memory. I read that you should make it a "global scene", but when I tried that, the video failed to play altogether. I appreciate your beefy rig, X, but you're choked by your internet, which is preventing you from pushing any limits when it comes to stream quality. In: Reborn
