Panther is good vs armor, but lack good AI, when you spam panthers, you stay there with 3 of them and try to kill one AT gun or ptras penals for ages. you can spam p4 as okw..which lack HP and range and are eaten by anything lategame. ost can build brumbars, which let you struggle vs any kind of lategame armor. while all allies running around with their allrounder tanks Comets, T34-85 and Easy8. and demolish everything in their path, when be spammed. There is just so much.....wrong with all of what you said. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Point and shoot commander skills 14 Sep 2021, 14:04 PM Jump back to quoted post13 Sep 2021, 20:56 PMKatukov OP complained about the british fire mortar ability, which drops fire and "insta kills" okw's raketens meanwhile SOV has a similar ability that drops flares on a visibly larger area, (probably) x2 radius than that of UKF fire mortars and, i am pretty sure, it drops faster ah, gotcha. I think the UKF one does greater damage to buildings although I may be wrong. In: COH2 Balance

So it's easy to see why they are picked so often. Plus pzfussies and Assault arty are insane in team games. Why wouldn't you pick a unit that the enemy has scarcely any counter to beyond diving with tanks ill suited for doing so in the comparatively small maps of Coh2. In: COH2 Balance

I think this point is vastly overlooked. Juts had a team game where I built a single mortar pit and a single 17pdr, both of which were countered with ease by the enemy. At the end of the game they accused me of 'sim city'. Yet they had built over 14 bunkers across their captured part of the map. Flak emplacements and LeFh's alongside 6 okw trucks.
