Thread: FBP: M36 Jackson Discussion31 Jul 2017, 21:54 PM In my experience USF needs to put some meat in front of the Jackson to take the hits. In the few times where me and my teammates were coordinated and they had some beefy tanks in front of my Jacksons we did some splendid gameplay together. That's also the reason why I gave out the idea for an upgrade for the Jackson to the M36B1 that uses the Sherman hull, or for the M4A2 Jumbo to be added to provide the USF with a meatshield for their Jacksons because if we're honest, that's the only thing the USF lacks, vehicles that can take a hit, except for the Pershing of course, but it's a singular heavy tank that's more akin to the Panther and it can't be everywhere at once to provide cover for your Jacksons. I find it harder to come back in CoH 2 than in CoH so I really have no idea what you're talking about. Nobody complained about it in CoH at least, I didn't. In: COH2 Gameplay

Signal Relay is good for using Pumas to hunt Katys, Ambulances, and other things of the sort. Another good thing about Armored is the heat rounds for a Puma spam. It really does help with anti medium and heavy. (I love puma spam. They are really good for their cost.) All in all to me it's situational most of the time while not being useless like some other commanders. But it still has potential to be a great commander choice for which you will not feel sorry for making if they just tweaked it a bit. In: COH2 Bugs

Also if text in game is righto, the OKW tanks have higher chance to be abandoned if something fires at them while the ability is active. But I need a confirmation about this, it's in game text after all Agreed, the OKW one is good for criticals but that's about it, that's sadly the reason why I almost never use the ability since it's far too risky to pop it up and try to repair and risk getting your vehicle decrewed. I basically only use Armored for the Sturmtiger. Sad it's so useless. In: COH2 Bugs

The problem is that there should be no bazooka blobs or any blobs in the game for a matter of fact, they exist because of bad design and balance choices by Relic. As far as ATGs go, everybody has them, the USF just got stuck with a shittier ATG, while the Brits have the best out of the Allies, and the Soviets have a dual purpose one, while the OKW is stuck with the shittiest and buggiest of all of them.
