Does someone know the player "CPU - NonStandard"? He always instantly leaves after typing "my team weak gg" in chat - if he doesnt like your build order - if you dont follow his commands ("we all rush to fuel, nobody goes to ammo or VP point!") or dont follow his ping spam - if you dont go t1 as soviets - if he loses a squad early - if you dont control all 3 VPs 5 minutes into the match or - if he gets rekt (which happens a lot ![]() In: COH2 Gameplay |

Osttruppen with lmg42 are comparable to a conscript squad, maybe slightly more firepower if they are behind cover. Their lmg42 is comparable to a DP1928 |

It's still necessary sometimes. You cant counter an USF AA halftrack or a quad flak just with panzergrens. Sometimes you also need pak40 vs emplacements or 251 for flamer (urban maps, soviet fhq, forward reinforcement). And sometimes you even need the 222 for scout or for anti tank services if you are too low on munitions for schrecks. |

Your arguments make 100% sense but I think it would make teamgames worse. Right now you get punished hard if you lose important points of the map as it's not 1 but 2-4 opponents which out-tech you and have a ressource advantage over you. THAT is the thrilling challenge in teamgames and I would not want this to change. In: COH2 Balance |

For someone who plays random teamgames on a regular basis, it's really hard to choose 1 randumb story as your favorite as I could tell hundreds of them. I remember once I had a rank 7000 USF teammate who built nothing but fuel caches and early weapon racks unlock (0 riflemen, 0 rear echelons). Then when he got pushed back to his HQ he instantly ragequit after 5 minutes. I wasnt mad at all since I know what I have to expect with random teammates but sometimes it's still surprising how some individuals are playing coh2. In: COH2 Gameplay |

I do not agree on Riflemen, I think it's best to just not change them anymore. Their vet 3 RA and accuracy already got nerfed. I agree on everything said about .50cal. I think 50cal, maxim and dshk should have their death-loop on retreat removed if that is even possible. 57mm AT gun would be overbuffed with this change I think. If Jacksons are bad, then USF is bad in teamgames. Have fun trying to use bazookas and AT guns vs panzerwerfers, stukas, brummbars, KTs etc etc There are also maps where you cant flank the elefant, hence Jackson can be useless on those. I would not change this unit even if it is indeed very strong. Maybe a slight movement accuracy nerf is ok. In: COH2 Balance |
