Thread: Vehicle path finding Improvement7 Dec 2015, 13:22 PM The path finding that is the biggest problem is with vehicles trying to go around capture points.... they should just add that points are non obstructing until they get a fuel/mun point built on them. Currently the biggest issue people are saying is pinning units on a single hit at long range.... we can all agree these do this fantastically in most cases... So the root of the issue is OKW and US do not have a reliable platform to suppress charging head on blobs... Kubel/MG34 and .50cal do not reliably suppress blobs charging as 90% of the time hit halt and hit off with grenades etc then the blob continues. I think relic needs to supply OKW and US a more reliable suppression platform then the Pak and LEIG can have suppression removed keep everything else the same for them (Damage/Cost) although I feel the US Pak should get a slight increase to it's normal range. From experience, the British sniper was already the least reliable in hitting garrisoned squads. If it didn't have this modifier before, how was it missing so much? The brit sniper would hit 100% if you took off hold fire or A moved to an occupied building, if you manually target the building he would only shoot the building and not the squad hence the appearance of being a bit shit shooting garrisoned squads. Thread: Oct Balance Preview Patch Notes Gathered WIP16 Oct 2015, 21:42 PM I think the fixed face for LEIG and Pak Howi are excellent changes I can't count the number of times I've had it auto face and having to force it back again mainly on the pak howi due to shorter non barrage range, but it's irritating as hell to line it up for a known incoming attack for it to auto rotate to point at some irrelevant unit elsewhere. The only other change I think needs made with the Pak Howi is the minimum fire range as the firing within the arc is actually not that large and it takes no time to get into the minimum range even on a head on charge.
