I can see kubels becoming annoying but not gain breaking as a basic RE or Engineer unit can counter it since it lost its suppression. Mines are also your friend since kubels will take the most direct route which are roads which means easy mine placement. |
I actually like the current veterancy of the half with the 20% increase reinforce range at vet 2 and another 20% range at vet 3. Lets you stay further behind to line to reinforce. One thing that would be nice if it gained veterancy from nearby units to level up as it than could actually veteran up at a reasonable rate. The increased mobility is also good for picking up squads from base to the frontline and the sight radius is always useful for spotting the enemy. |
On Brits they need some more tinkering with. Not unplayable by any means but some things could be streamlined and other units be buffed.
Weapon racks (Bren & PIAT) and grenade access be combined into one upgrade for 250MP & 25 fuel. Similar to how the weapon racks of USF was combined. It would streamline both upgrades into one and would encourage more grenade usage as it is rather overpriced for just grenades and with long animation time.
Base 25.pdrs need a aoe buff as it really lacks with only becoming good thanks to airburst shells due to Anvil specialization. Without airburst shells they don't have enough explosive effect to discourage attacks or deny caps with such a low aoe effect.
Saxton is also lacking with small aoe and short barrage resulting it to be of debatable usefulness. Put barrage to 7 from 5 and give a aoe buff. Range can be kept the same. |
One thing that I am concerned with new OKW is the munitions unchanged on many of its units. Thanks to the 100% munitions income a OKW can easily get shrecks, mines, MG34s, and other munition abilities more so. Should either put grenades behind teching and maybe some weapon upgrades.
Sturmpioneers should also get their MP44s as a upgrade now with Volks buff and their cheaper cost. Give them Kar 98s same as Grenadiers and put the StG44s at 60. Falls also should get FG42 as a upgrade set at 90 or 100.
Putting upgrades on either or both units would force the OKW to be more mindful on what do purchase. |
Now this is interesting. Hopefully these supply points aren't going to be a grinding feast but it would be lovely to purchase skins and commanders with them. Cheers for it. (Oh and trading as well) |
It's fine, cheap price and fast RoF means medium tanks and below will quickly be brought down. For only 270 MP it does the job and you can counter the lower penetration by getting two or three and that medium tanks only needs 4 shots to be destroyed. The AP rounds could receive a slight buff for heavier targets, it isn't really designed for that which the excellent jackson is meant for. |
I like that the snare got moved back to veterancy 1 considering it lets the 222 and Kubel have more time to work freely. More of just a pacing adjustment and at that point of the match when you get a sniper you'll have a decent amount of munitions to plant mines here and there. |
First thing that I thought was I don't know this gent. Besides the bad pun was a decent game. Lots of single firefights and skirmishes with strong fighting around the middle for cutoffs and harassment of sides. Mid game loses hurt the USF and fatigue sets in, Germans keep the pressure. Short game however. |
