Dude, USF is bad. This is not a L2P issue, this is me not wanting to have to babysit my ally. |
LOL. Oh man I wish it was, but i'm stubborn so I always try playing it out... never goes well. |
Basically USF are terrible. As a soviet player, if I get a USF player I either carry super hard, or play a very bad losing game. This is not fun, at all, which makes me think we should be able to choose the faction of our RT partner. I don't think it would be a hard feature to implement, and aside from me hating players with USF, it would be nice to make sure you end up with the faction that compliments your strategy/play style. |
I like the idea of bringing back the sand bags on tanks. From what I remember in the first COH they had them on the front of Shermans. They would block one frontal shot, which helped a lot more then you would think. |
It's a pretty conservative conclusion to say that USF are boring, and very hard to play. Wait till the patch were they try and balance their game play before trying to play them. |
In my 200 hours of playing Coh2 (primarly soviets) the only unit I've ever used that on is the T-70. |
Lol, thats was pretty sneaky, but good. |
Yes, I do consider it good. It penetrates armour regularly, does decent damage, and its especially good when you consider what everyone else gets. |
And have good anti tank abilities? let me see... Soviets, USF. |
The problem with the OKW is they have no restrictions in terms of how they use their infantry. They get to use panzershreks, while also tossing around grenades like they're candy. This means that their infantry can fight tanks, infantry, light vehicles, etc. The only real area they fall short is vs MG's. And as you can see by the forums, "Nerf maxims" is a common post from axis players.
