Thread: Going Double Wehrmacht 1 Jul 2015, 18:00 PM Double OKW comes close to suicide. The sheer lack of fuel caches means your chances of losing increase in the long run. Ostheer comes at a lower risk (no "all in" vehicles as Flak ht, Stuka, KT) and has better support weapons and AT options. Also Ostheer has a strong midgame now. OKW is lacking there also imo. So doing random 2v2s you should always go Ostheer, just in case your teammate might be OKW. In: COH2 Gameplay

But the immersion was already ruined by Sovs + USA on one map. So I go with: "Meh." The real problem was creating the US army around medium and light vehicles, yet only giving them access to good mediums via a doctrine. There should have been a non doctrinal 76mm Sherman. In: Lobby

Thread: Good players, no call-ins24 Jun 2015, 23:45 PM Yup, that moment you had the whole map and the ultimate end of tech tree tank doesn´t do shit, even with the frontal armor towards the enemy. Then gets stuck with its pathing in some trees and is too slow to get out. Pretty good example that Schrecks and Panzerwerfers are shit protection with their short range. If you don´t have Ostheer as a teammate OKW is done. Best artillery, tanks, infantry survivability, squad wipe potential and mines in one faction. Still. Fuck Soviets. Fuck the KT. In: Replays
Thread: Relic: June 23rd Update: About Balance23 Jun 2015, 16:52 PM Osttruppen are quite decent. I use them frequently since the Osttruppen doc dropped for me. Just make sure you keep them in cover and never attack with them. You can win the first fuel point engagement if you reach the cover first (and thus get the bonus) with your two Osttruppen squads. Later on they are the best squad in the game to recrew weapons. And they are good for Panzerfaust spam, Bunker spam and weapon of choice versus Snipers - simply because you can cap the map without taking too much mp bleed. In: Lobby
