I've always loved playing soviets, they have been my favourite since I started playing the game, they're a little dull to play right now since you're almost forced to spam maxims etc but they're fun still
Imo they have the widest pool of commanders you can pick that actually work, a lot of cheesy strategies and other kind of fun stuff
Ostheer and OKW on the other had come on a split second place for me, I find both equally fun to play with
USF and Brits? These two wont even make it to my list, these factions are extremely dull to play imo, just making one core unit and going to tanks straight after that, call in inf is always an option but meh |

The only "good" thing about this change is that it's more noob friendly, but after playing around 2000 hours with the old pathing system you can't get used to the new one
Some of my friends who haven't played the game so much with the old pathing finds the "improvements" easier to use overall |
I would like to see mirror matches and see how they work, I wouldn't like complete mirror matches, eg Sov vs. Sov, Osth vs Osth and so on, but for example OKW vs. Ostheer would be an interesting match and Brits vs USF
Playing against the same faction in a game like this isn't even close to being fun to play, it's just a stale fight between who has the better cover and who can attack move their blobs better  |

All they need to add is a in-game report system, so if someone gets reported for intentional friendly fire reports for a certain amount of times, he would get some kind of a cooldown time, something comparable to CSGOs ban system, and couldn't play teamgames in that time, only 1v1s and customs etc
Of course this would get abused A LOT, I mean a lot, the in-game report system gets abused a lot in LoL especially, i've had games in which the only things i've said have been "Glhf" and "ggwp", after the game I get a notification that i've been reported from offensive languange etcetc, these stacked up and eventually I got a chat ban for around 200 games (happened in league about a year ago)
Knowing this game and its community something like this would get abused to the max, just losing a game and then reporting someone on the enemy team for something without any kind of a reason would happend all the time

Axis metagame is pretty much the same as it has been for a long time, MG - 3 gren openings is the thing right now for the most part, adding a sniper is strong also
For okw, the same stuff works, just don't always make IFGs since the nerfs have hit them a little
USF - Basic Rifle spam in to Cpt and Stuart, same stuff as it have been for a long time, the new thing everyone likes is CalliOpieOP, you see that almost every game right now, especially in teamgames
UKF - I have no clue what these tea drinkers do
Axis are having trouble right now, maxim spam came to the meta again, CalliOpieOP is well, OP etcetc |

The only thing that needs to be changed about this ability is removing it from ALL the tiger doctrines or just don't allow the tiger to use it, Tiger can just pop a smoke as soon as it goes to low hp or gets a main gun crit, after that it can still take a few shots so ground firing doesn't really matter and rushing through the smoke is usually a suicide for your own tanks

Hmm, a little old thread here, shame i haven't noticed this earlier 
But getting rid of ukf emplacements is sometimes very tough, you need your ally to help you with them if you're not in the lead at the point the UKF player makes a emplacement, but if you're not in the lead and a bofors pops up on the fuel point, this pretty much means that you either has to ignore the area or just ask your mate to help you out with IFGs or mortars, this should bring enough firepower to bring down the emplacements in no time

You said you had games where enemy tanks attack grounding your mine without having any sweeper or vision on you planting mine, show the replay or it never happened, I'm certain everyone would acknowledge it if you show the replay in that case
Well, that example was around 1 year old, I don't have any that old replays anymore since I re-installed everything on my pc so obviously those are gone
And people don't do that shit like that anymore, a few selected morons are that blatant cheaters |
I totally agree there are maphackers, but show the replay of what u just claimed or it never happened
I don't expose hackers like that, I don't make these claims off a single replay, usually after playing against them multiple times, I had around 30 replays of people I believe were hacking but almost all of them are outdated and I don't have anything right now |

I've seen a lot of people using maphack in the game, in game just going around ALL the mines, doesn't bring a sweeper and ground fires it with a tank/atgun as soon as he has one, check replay and he never had vision on any of the mines in any way etcetc..
I have a small list of people (5-10 people) who I believe to be a maphacker, this means that every time I'm against them I just tell my teammate and leave the game |
