this a fairly good replay with I would say at least semi+ good players. It shows very agressive russians with huge terretory controls and some sturdy germans fighting at the edge of their main bases.

I have a question about some deep game mechanics and havent found a statisfying answer yet, so I hope ive come to the right place ;=)
So, as we all know, there are perks having influence on infantries "cooldown" and "reload".

I am now just presuming, that:

less cooldown = increased rate of fire
and
faster reload = quicker reload once magazine is empty and weapon has to be reloaded.

So...if im wrong here already, feel free to correct me.

But now we get to the real question.

The Germans grenadiers use a Karabiner Kar98, which is a single shot bolt action rifle,
meaning after every shot the bolt has to be actuated to get a new chamber into the round.

My question here now, which or the perks has influence on this "in between shot reload" when the magazine is not empty yet. i mean, basically they have to perform some sort of a reload after every shot?

Or simply said, which perk has an effect on the grenadiers rate of fire (bolt action rifle)?

Cooldown? Reload? Both ?

I hope someone knows the anwer, I have had enough discussions about this and too much "maybe" and "I think" and "probably" has been said
