I've restarted, reinstalled, updated drivers, nothings worked so far. The game worked fine but I exited out while the game was loading the performance test. After that it crashes on startup, with a smaller resolution on a black screen.

Also if anyone knows about gpu overclocks, my 1660 ti seems to get stuck on a core clock of 1500mhz and spikes up to that at idle when I open a game or browser. And also at random.

I'm not enough of a tech guy to help you with that reports, but I think I remember having trouble with some games (maybe even CoH2) when my disk space was very low (and by that I mean a few MB to one GB).
