Disabling unit occlusion coh1

Hi all, bit of a shot in the dark. Any chance anyone could direct me on how to disable those ugly blue silhouettes in company of heroes 1? It must be possible since several mods do this. I have been searching in ww2art.sga hoping to find something in there but having no luck so far.

Oh and another one would be changing the arrow key scrolling speed. Might be difficult to do, blitzkreig is the only mod that does this
