+1, only reason I could think about why this isn't added would be that Relic loves their explosions, and they want to retain the feeling, even thou paks shooting at infantry do nothing. But on the other hand most of the players who would want this explosions over Gameplay won't activate hold fire anyway, cause they will forget to activate fire again

I sure hope they do give it attention APF. This would really bring up some really interesting changes in the battlefield and not to mention the amount of awesomeness it will provide to casted replays.
