Make it late game unit if needed. Axis t4 > kv1 so no problem for them in that case.
Also swap any of those zis, su76, su85 for turreted TD or tank. They are too similar to each other.
3476 can be com p4 like callin. No sane person would deny that they are useless vs axis t4 both defensively and offensively. They are only viable against t3 and mediums in general excluding okw p4.
Callin to fill a little bit of that gap when opponent have a medium and you dont.

Why? SU doesnt need every single unit stock. Last time i cheeked they were accepted as one of the strongest factions.
