How can I remove the commander selection option, either for everyone or only for ai, in a win condition pack?

How can I remove the commander selection option, either for everyone or only for ai, in a win condition pack?
Do you want the commanders to be completely removed?
If yes then there is an easy way to do it. You just need to go to your <name>.win file and in there locate "permitted_categories" there remove "commander". Save. Build. This will remove the commanders completely.
