Changing sound effects.

How would one change the sound effect of a weapon, for example in my case I want to change the sound of the hull mg34 for panzer IV to the sound of a mg42.

Cant do so for CoH2. For CoH1, you would have to convert your sound effect into an smf, and put it in the right directory.
