Bugged ZIS3 AT guns

I have noticed recently that sometimes the ZIS3 AT gun will bug out and not be able to move, shoot, arty or reinforce. This seems to happen mostly after an arty barrage is cancelled.

Its a known bug and I think they don't have a fix for it (yet at least).

Is a feature, call a soviet commissar and shoot three of them in the head to solve the issue
