Help with Streaming

It's been a while since i started experimenting on Twitch with streams, and i really need some help with the settings because i can't have a smooth stream. Some of you may have watched my crappy steams (my Twitch stream name in here is Elon Musk®) and i want to improve it so that i can stream more often. Any tips/guides will be appreciated.

What puppet said, but also what quality would you like to achieve? Need a bit of detail to determine best settings for quality while also not generating latency issues because of it. Upload and download rates as well please in Mb/s
