Why no discount for commanders?

I joined this game in 2017, and during the summer, there was a beautiful -66% sale for all commanders, it happened also during the winter I believe and during the autumn. But since then there have been no sales an all, except for the measly -15% on a random commander. It just pisses me off. Why did they stop doing this?

Most people have most or all commanders by now just from playing, and Relic are too busy with other titles to think of random CoH2 promotions like commander discounts...
