I cant start automatch games

hello everyone today i experienced and odd issue .. i go to automatch vs ranked players it takes back to the menu at once without any note i tried the other types of atuo matching for example the auto match vs AI but still the same problem does anyone knows whats going on i tried to repair the game still the same the problem !!! plz help
