haha upgraded from a GTX580 to that card last week! what brand did you get and how does it run with that resolution?

I'm really not a fan of 3D gaming but I'm really excited for the Oculus Rift.
I tried it and hated it, felt sick within a 5 mins

Just ordered an R9 290 and apparently a good percentage are unlockable to 290X, so excited!

Just bought the same monitor Ami. I saw it in the store today and it made me feel funny in the trousers. Looks frickin sick at my office, cant wait to get it home tonight.

Can you guys even read text ? 27'' doesn't seem that big for 1440p, I have the same size for 1080p and I wouldn't like text being any tinier (using default font size). Any chance to get a screenshot of a random source code or other text ?

Text is small but you get used to it. I love it. I'm playing COH2 now on 2650x1440 and it seems to be performing better that when I was playing on 1920x1080 (for SNF mainly). 1 to 1 ratio ftw!
