Question about AI commanders

Hi, I've been try to find out how AI pick commander since as far as I know AI only choose some commander. Thanks in advance.

This can be found in the category 'tuning': tuning\loadout_info\ai_loadouts.
It's very sad that we are not able to edit this tuning file with the current restrictions in the modding tools. It contains many interesting values (yes, game breaking if used in a wrong way
).

It is indeed unfortunate that it can't be edited but it still gives a fair hint of the possibility of which the AI might do.
I assume among the different loadouts for a single race, the AI would pick in random and thru that would again pick in random among the 3 commanders presented in that loadout.
