Any way to make truesight and Vaulting in coh1?

Was just wondering if anyone in coh1 modding has made this possible? Currently having a dilemma on whether I should shift to CoH1 modding for the custom models capabilities but the lack of Truesight and Infantry Vaulting in coh1 is severely off-putting. But, I was wondering if there's any coh1 mod/possible that has achieved adding Truesight and Vaulting? If so, how to do it/is there a tutorial that I can learn from?

Those are engine features, so no... it is not possible for modders.

Well, vaulting might be possible with custom abilities or SCAR wizardry. However, true-sight is something related to the engine and thus is not currently possible.
