Have you tried what it suggested? Reinstalling the game or verifying the integrity of the game cache?

That's weird. Is the file expandmo95.mix from this mod? It shouldn't interfere with CoH2. Have you done something to the run settings?

fixed thank you it was the mod it interfere with coh2 for some reason. deleted the files
