the US usually calls the ratio "win percentage" when it really isn't. once you've come to accept the fact that in a world that is dominated by the US, the internet is dominated by US conceptions of things, you will learn to understand stuff like this.

That last digit being kinda pointless, it's nice to have it "cut". Or even just 93 then.
Also if column name/unit is %, having the . is misleading, because it literally means .93% or 0.0093 though the error is so common that we are used to it and read it right.
