Hello!
I am new to company of heroes modding and Basically I don't have any knowledge at all so what do I need? and where do I start I wanted to make a skin mod for my whermacht Tiger I and changing the skin of the wheel to make it look like a late version Tiger I.
So start talking about it
1.)what do I need?
2.)What do I do to make a skin mod.
3.)I need exact steps! I have no Knowledge so I need steps like what file should I open first and where do I go? needs steps guys! I don't even know how to browse the company of heroes 2 files
4.) is there a way to open the skin file of the tiger I and give it a different look on the wheels?
How can I start making new skin mods for winter one skins?

There are some tutorials online. You might be able to use google to find them.
