I think that current veterancy system is broken, some buffs per vet are good, others are useless, so i come up with that idea
each vet gives minor buffs but not too big buffs, for example 1.1 accuracy received, 0.9 received damage. That's just example. I see vet system like this
Vet1 - typical basic buffs (acc, received acc, damage) + unit ability unlocked
Vet2 - extended buffs (like armor and damage received and all previous)
vet3 - most important and big buffs for unit (like for example 1.4 damage, 0.8 damage received)
This vet system would be more realistic, vet soldiers fight harder, but in current vet system it's or OP or useless

I know what you mean and I can't disagree with you, some veterancy levels totally change the effectiveness of single units (vet2 and vet3 generally, vet1 on some units like PIVs and M3s) and I'd like too to see lower and more distributed buffs.
It is something we surely should discuss with Relic, but after fixing the major stuff (bulletins, heavy tanks, most known units unbalances). I'll bring this to Peter btw if he doesn't see it
