I had an issue where my USF mortar halftrack's regular and smoke barrage would sometimes not go off. I'm not sure if this is in live as well (though I have not experienced it in live) and am not sure what caused it either.

That's kinda cool, why not keep it?
I'll also +1; unique character added to some Elite infantry.

If it's the same behaviour to paras, i'll say keep it.

If it's the same behaviour to paras, i'll say keep it.
Seems only fair. Airborne units were some of the most elite infantry in WW2, along with Gebirgsjäger (Mountain troops). Give them something unique that won't really impact gameplay, if possible.
