Nope.. won't work.. Soviets didn't had such ability during the fight.. retreat is not an option

Very unlikely, most soldiers retreating would be shot dead by the commissar for not committing the ultimate sacrifice for Mother Russia And Stalin.

The order 227 was repealed after a short period. I don't think it was great for morale. I'm sure Ivan will be able to retreat in MP.
