I've been playing a lot recently. I've noticed that one of my problems during games is microing my units. I also have problems taking advantage of eliminating a large portion of the enemy's force and making it way too easy to comeback.
I think this replay is a good example of both of those issues.

Ah man, you have played 69 games in 1v1 total, and all of them Soviets. Some people here have over a thousand game with one faction alone. I can review the replay for you, but at this stage I think the only pertinent advice i could give you is going to be covered here:

Note: TSS in the last link is very good.
Practice practice practice! Learning by doing is the best way. Also you watch watch live games that are happening in the game or tune into twitch a streamer to see how they actually play and control their units etc.
